2010 Pretoria, South Africa. Served as judge for the South African Regional Contest of the ACM International Collegiate Programming Contest 2010.

2002-2008 Institute for Program Structures and Data Organization (IPD) at Universität Karlsruhe (TH). As a research assistant I initiated and conducted an ACM ICPC programming lab, lead graduate level seminars on software and ontology engineering topics, and assisted in teaching a graduate software engineering course.
